Copyright & Takedown Policy
This policy explains permitted use of LittleInks content and how to report a copyright or other intellectual-property concern.
1. LittleInks content
The LittleInks name, branding, website software and public catalogue may be protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual-property rights.
Unless a page states otherwise, LittleInks colouring pages are provided for normal personal and family use through the service.
You must not scrape, reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute the LittleInks catalogue as a competing collection or service without permission.
2. Family-created content
You keep ownership of original artwork created by your family.
Where you upload or create artwork through LittleInks, you give us only the limited permission needed to process, store and display it privately as part of the service.
3. Respecting other people’s rights
Do not upload or submit material that you do not own or have permission to use.
For example, do not upload pages copied from another colouring website, book, app or commercial artwork collection unless you have the necessary permission.
4. Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe content on LittleInks infringes your copyright or another intellectual-property right, send a report through LittleInks Support.
Please include:
- your name and a way for us to reply;
- enough information to identify the work you say is protected;
- the LittleInks page or content you are concerned about;
- an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised; and
- confirmation that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Choose Something else as the Support topic and put Copyright in the subject line.
5. What we may do
We will review a sufficiently detailed rights complaint and may temporarily restrict or remove material while the issue is considered.
Where appropriate, we may contact the account holder who supplied the material.
Submitting a deliberately false or misleading complaint may itself have legal consequences.
6. If your content was removed
If your content is removed and you believe that was a mistake, contact Support with the relevant details and explain why you believe you have the right to use the material.
